De inicio el personal muy amable y respetuoso, siempre atentos a cualquier inconveniente que tenga el huésped, las habitaciones limpias, recomiendo 100%.
Me gustó porque a pesar que es muy rústico por dentro es muy privado la televisión con cable súper, la señal de internet y conexión estupendas lo único sería q mejoren la calidad de los colchones. Son muy amables y flexibles.
Muy bueno el hotel en relación calidad -precio. Las habitaciones están muy limpias y las camas son muy cómodas. El personal es muy simpático y amable. Por la mañana tienen café de cortesía. Además, tienen un servicio de spa y masajes con ofertas para huéspedes que es una maravilla. Para volver.
Es un buen servicio, te sientes muy cómoda. Tiene buen personal, excepto en la tarde no nos dieron un trato muy amable. Respecto a la habitación es muy básica, me gustó, tiene aire acondicionado, baño, wifi, TV por cable. Solo que pasaban demasiados camiones, hacían demasiado escándalo (claramente eso ya no es cosa del hotel)

Por el precio esta bien ,sin embargo el trato de las recepcionistas no es el más gentil ,tienen clima ,TV smart con Internet, para ver videos ,casi camas no muy cómodas ,pero si solo es para pasar la noche esta bien, el hotel está frente a las oficinas del Inegi ,muy cerca del malecón ,si sales en la noche,en la esquina ,venden unos hotdogs muy ricos y hay un super a dos cuadras donde puedes comprar.
Muy buen servicio las habitaciones limpias, nos quedamos varios días y su atención es rápida y eficiente; manejan buenas promociones y precios
